Refund Policy - the basics

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase if you are unsatisfied with our service or if an error occurred during processing. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review to ensure that no substantial work or notices have already been completed on your behalf.

Processing and Administrative Fee

Please note: a 30% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. This fee covers the time, resources, and administrative costs involved in preparing your file, research, and documentation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services have already been completed or cease-and-desist notices sent.

  • More than 3 days have passed since the purchase.

  • The client fails to provide required information or authorization to complete the service.

  • The issue arises from third-party delays or factors outside our control.

To request a refund:

  1. Email Travel.solutions.reporting@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for the request.

  2. Our team will review your case and confirm eligibility within 3–5 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after notification of approval:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take several business days for refunds to post.
